Overview: We are seeking a Web Content Manager. This role requires excellent attention to detail while managing and updating various product web pages, ensuring content accuracy, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders for quality assurance and timely publication.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Management:
- Regular updates to the website with innovative content including catchy images.
- Copying and integrating content from various stakeholders into web product pages.
- Regularly adding framing copy and adjusting CTAs.
- Running QA processes and ensuring content goes live on schedule.
- Managing ongoing updates and coordination with stakeholders.
Website Maintenance:
- Ensure consistency of brand messages across sites (Website, Twitter, Linkedin).
- Keep featured speakers and marketing content up-to-date.
- Proofread, format, review, and edit content prior to publishing.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Compile and share monthly Google Analytics website traffic source reports.
- Perform competitive and site audits, tracking key performance benchmarks.
- Share findings in web performance meetings and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology or Computer Sciences.
- Proven experience in dynamic web content management.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong comfort with coordinating with multiple stakeholders and managing deadlines.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and performance tracking tools.
- Excellent proofreading and content formatting skills.
